Healthy with Staby

Gentle and effective

In our online Fitness-Video Dr. med Klaus Keller explained the most important points. Now we want to give you a detailed overall view about all medical coherences.

The deep mono segmental muscles, which are often called deep muscles, are the main actors of the spine-surrounding muscles systems. They ensure correct alignment of vertebral bodies against each other.

Requirements for training the deep muscles are:

  • Keep motion amplitude low, minimum resistance
  • Kind of isometric method (e.g. keep it 10x10 sec)
  • Practice several times a day
  • Exercises with rotating movement
  • Slow movements (avoiding pressure torsion on the discs)
  • Smallest additional burden

Training equipment for rehabilitation and medicine

Using Staby training equipment results through high movement frequency in a co-contruction of rotators. The high power describes an intensive and specific training stimulus for the stabilizing muscles. Positive results could be diagnosed at following clinical pictures:

Subakromial Impingement Syndrome:

When moving up arms the soft tissue between head of humerus and scapula is compressed.

Training goal: Strengthening of the rotator cuff and scapula-stabilising muscles, correction of posture in case of round back.

Rotator Cuff Rupture:

Often affected are the muscles of supraspinatus and infraspinatus.

Training goal: Strengthening of the rotator cuff and scapula-stabilising muscles, correction of posture in case of round back.

Shoulder instability:

Often you find an instability of the front shoulder joint.

Training goal: Strengthening of the rotator cuff and scapula-stabilising muscles, strengthening of the subscapularis.

Omarthrosis:

Degenerative, non-inflammatory cartilage change.

Training goal: Lots of training with low burden, muscular stabilisation, upkeep of agility.

Muscular disbalance:

A disproportion between tensile strength and elasticity in one part of your locomotor apparatus. A disbalance lessens the function of the locomotor apparatus and leads to overburden of tendons, ligaments, muscles, disks and joints.

Training goal: methodical line of action, which considers the respective shortening- weakening tendencies and use specific exercises.

Staby

Medicine counts on Staby

A lot of physiotherapists, doctors and hospitals are using Staby. It is clinically proved, with Staby training equipment you can help with muscular problems and with joint pains.

"Staby activates most of the six hundred muscle-groups. There are only a few muscle groups which cannot be reached. Specially promoted, for the modern people in our society today, are the postural muscles."
