Here you find now the 10 most important basic exercises for your active Staby training. Those exercises are suitable for fitness, sport and rehabilitation. You will find two exercises per page with detailed explanations. The exercises increase with difficulty degree and trains all parts of the body. Nevertheless, we suggest to look at our Fitness Video, which are either online or published as DVD. Have fun!
Fitness exercises for the whole body
Exercises - back, shoulder & arms
Exercises - triceps, biceps & stomach muscles
Exercises - waist, pelvis, hips & stomach
Exercises – bottom and back
Staby exercise 1:
- Trained body parts:
- Trunk
- Arms
- Legs and Bottom (by doing knee bend)
- Time of training:
- Beginner = 15 sec
- Advanced = 30 sec
- Variation of exercises:
- Hands: right, left or with both hands in front of body
- Feet: parallel or lunge (one leg a step to front)
- Legs: bend & stretch knees
- Upper part of body: twist, bend to the side or bow & straighten
Staby exercise 2:
- Trained body parts:
- Trunk
- Arms
- Legs and Bottom (by doing knee bend)
- Time of training:
- Beginner = 15 sec
- Advanced = 30 sec
- Variation of exercises:
- Hands: one-handed with alternate turns right & left
- Feet: parallel or lunge (one leg a step to front)
- Legs: bend & stretch knees
- Upper part of body: twist, bend to the side or bow & straighten
