Exercises for back, shoulder and arms
Staby exercise 3:
- Trained body parts:
- Trunk
- Arms
- Legs & Bottom (by doing knee bend)
- Time of training:
- Beginner = 15 sec
- Advanced = 30 sec
- Variation of exercises:
- Hands: right, left or with both hands
- Feet: parallel or lunge (one leg a step to front)
- Legs: bend & stretch knees
- Upper part of body: twist, bend to the side or bow & straighten
- Important Hint:
- Hands: Please keep wrists straight and toes lightly turned out
Staby exercise 4:
- Trained body parts:
- Arms & Shoulder
- Biceps
- Cervical vertebra and upper back
- Legs: bend & stretch knees
- Time of training:
- Beginner = 20 sec
- Advanced = 40 sec
- Variation of exercises:
- Hands: right, left or with both hands, under- or upper grip
- Feet: parallel or lunge (one leg a step to front)
- Legs: bend & stretch knees
- Upper part of body: twist, bend to the side or bow & straighten
