Staby exercise 3:

Arm exercise

Trained body parts:
Trunk
Arms
Legs & Bottom (by doing knee bend)
Time of training:
Beginner = 15 sec
Advanced = 30 sec
Variation of exercises:
Hands: right, left or with both hands
Feet: parallel or lunge (one leg a step to front)
Legs: bend & stretch knees
Upper part of body: twist, bend to the side or bow & straighten
Important Hint:
Hands: Please keep wrists straight and toes lightly turned out

Triceps & Biceps exercise

Trained body parts:
Arms & Shoulder
Biceps
Cervical vertebra and upper back
Legs: bend & stretch knees
Time of training:
Beginner = 20 sec
Advanced = 40 sec
Variation of exercises:
Hands: right, left or with both hands, under- or upper grip
Feet: parallel or lunge (one leg a step to front)
Legs: bend & stretch knees
Upper part of body: twist, bend to the side or bow & straighten
