Exercises for bottom and back
Staby exercise 9:
- Trained body parts:
- Main focus: complete trunk
- Back
- Stomach
- Time of training:
- Beginner = 15 sec
- Advanced = 30 sec
- Variation of exercises:
- Hands: right, left or both hands, upper grip
- Feet: Place instep loose on ground, press foot tips lightly towards ground
- Upper body: slightly lift and lower
- Arms: Move one arm at a time forward and backward from above to outside
Staby exercise 10:
- Trained body parts:
- Bottom
- Upper back
- Shoulder
- Time of training:
- Beginner = 20 sec
- Advanced = 40 sec
- Variation of exercises:
- Hands: one-handed, right or left hand, upper grip
- Feet: Place instep loose on ground, press foot tips lightly towards ground
- Legs: lightly lift & lower
- Upper body: lightly lift & lower
- Arms and legs: lift and lower diagonally
- Important Hints:
- You may want to place a rolled towel below your pelvis
