Staby exercise 9:

Exercise for your back

Trained body parts:
Main focus: complete trunk
Back
Stomach
Time of training:
Beginner = 15 sec
Advanced = 30 sec
Variation of exercises:
Hands: right, left or both hands, upper grip
Feet: Place instep loose on ground, press foot tips lightly towards ground
Upper body: slightly lift and lower
Arms: Move one arm at a time forward and backward from above to outside

Staby exercise 10:

Exercise for the bottom

Bottom
Upper back
Shoulder
Time of training:
Beginner = 20 sec
Advanced = 40 sec
Variation of exercises:
Hands: one-handed, right or left hand, upper grip
Feet: Place instep loose on ground, press foot tips lightly towards ground
Legs: lightly lift & lower
Upper body: lightly lift & lower
Arms and legs: lift and lower diagonally
Important Hints:
You may want to place a rolled towel below your pelvis
